Velasco Aalstein leads Alexion Hospitality with more than twenty years of hospitality experience gained in practice: venue operations, concept development and event production across the Netherlands and Suriname.
That background means your corporate event is not only designed, but operationally thought through: flow, staffing, waiting times, catering and guest experience hold up on the night itself.

Frequently asked questions
- How far in advance should a corporate event be planned?
- For a full corporate event we advise two to four months of preparation. Smaller client events or receptions can often be arranged at shorter notice — get in touch and we will tell you what is feasible.
- Does Alexion also arrange the venue and catering?
- Yes. We select and book the venue, coordinate catering, technical production and staffing, and manage the run sheet. You have a single point of contact.
- What group sizes do you work with?
- From private dinners for a small group of clients to fully programmed events for several hundred guests.
- Where do you organise corporate events?
- Primarily in the Netherlands and Suriname. Alexion Hospitality works in both markets with its own network of venues and suppliers.
