Velasco Aalstein grew up in the hospitality and entertainment world and built more than twenty years of hands-on experience from the floor: behind the bar, serving guests, leading teams and working the busiest nights himself.
That experience is the foundation of his consultancy. He looks beyond plans to the people, structure, collaboration, consistency and what actually works in practice.
